Recipes I've tried:
- Fancy pizza pockets! (link) - these were spectacular! I got too excited and made two large ones instead of 8 small ones. Calzone city: so good.
- Spinach Hummus (link) - Amazing! Made it twice this week.
- Baked Spinach Chips (link) - these weren't the most substantial. Kale is better.
And a new recipe that I've become so very fond of for my everyday bread (from Natalie):
la recette - pour 3 cups of warm water into a large bowl. add in 1 1/2 tbsp of yeast & 1 tbsp of salt. let gurggle for a wee while. then stir (NO KNEADING!) in 6 cups of flour (we tend to do 3 c white & 3 1/2 c whole wheat, but whatever's your fancy!). stir until just mixed (repeat: NO KNEADING!) then let rise for a few... hours. split the air-o-licious dough in half. take one of them there halves, form into a loaf on a pan with some cornmeal on le bottom, and bake at 450 F for 30 min. voila! bread!
I'm also attempting to maintain a list of recipes that I'm keen on (
